• Trailer fabrication
• Trailer installation
• Trailer maintenance

Services are offered as one-time purchases. Features vary by package and are detailed on our Site.

2. Payment & Taxes

All payments are collected outside of our website.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available after sale is complete.

4. Revisions & Scope

Each package includes a fixed number of revisions:

• Trailer design and customization: 1 revision
• Trailer fabrication: Unlimited revisions

Requests outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information via forms (contact requests, purchases, etc.)
• Cooperate during the project timeline
• Use our services in compliance with all laws

You must not:

• Submit unlawful or harmful content
• Attempt to breach our site security

6. Data Collection & Use

By submitting forms (quote, contact), you consent to us collecting and storing your data. This data is used internally to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and improve service quality.

7. No Guaranteed Results

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• All source code and designs remain property of Custom Trailer Interiors until full payment is received.
• After final delivery and payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the materials on your own trailer.
• We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Support

• Trailer design and customization: 30 days free support after delivery
• Trailer fabrication: 90 days free support

Support covers small fixes and usage questions — not new features or redesigns.

10. Legal Compliance Disclaimer

Some of our service packages include features described as "legally compliant" (e.g. cookie notices, privacy policy pages, security features). While these features are designed to follow general best practices and current regulations, we are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
